Al Ahli Plastic Industries entered a new era by diversifying into manufacturing of various packaging products, to capture the growing demand for packaging of food and industrial items. The new factory at Al Hayl in Fujairah has a built-up area 12,500 Square Meters, housing Hi-tech machineries from leading manufacturers in Europe.

Bag making and film pouching machines, cast extrusion lines for cable tiles along with a host of other equipment’s and accessories. The company is equipped with a flexo prepress department, a CDI plate Imager as well as a large graphic arts department. The modern in-house quality control department ensures products are tested for strict adherence to technical parameters and international standards.The processes are designed in a manner that products pass through all stages of manufacturing, right from incoming raw materials to final dispatch, in accordance with predefined standards of quality. This ensures final products meet customers’ expectations both in terms of quality d timely delivery. Even though polyethylene is the most common film used at Al Ahli plastics, other films such as PP BOPP and CPP are also used to produce a wide range of packaging products.
